Green Smoothie

A refreshing and nutritious smoothie to energize your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Instructions

  1. Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat it dry.
  2. Place the spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds into a blender.
  3. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste and add honey if desired for sweetness.
  6. Pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy!
