Green Smoothie
A refreshing and nutritious smoothie to energize your day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1 banana (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions
- Wash the spinach thoroughly and pat it dry.
- Place the spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, and chia seeds into a blender.
- If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and add honey if desired for sweetness.
- Pour into a glass, serve immediately, and enjoy!
