Spicy Lemon Detox
A zesty and invigorating drink to refresh and cleanse your body.
Ingredients
- 1 glass warm water
- 1 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey
- 1 slice of ginger (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Heat a glass of water until warm (not boiling).
- Add the lemon juice, cayenne pepper, and maple syrup or honey to the water.
- If desired, add a slice of ginger and a pinch of sea salt for added flavor.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Drink immediately while warm to enjoy its cleansing benefits.
