Low-Calorie Zucchini Pasta

A light and delicious alternative to traditional pasta, packed with flavor and nutrients.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened (2–3 minutes).
  4. Add spiralized zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  6. Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
