Low-Calorie Zucchini Pasta
A light and delicious alternative to traditional pasta, packed with flavor and nutrients.
Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis (spiralized into noodles)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 1 minute).
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until softened (2–3 minutes).
- Add spiralized zucchini noodles and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve immediately.
